Walnut Street, Foxborough project delivered for NEI General Contracting, including labor and materials.The scope features panelized framing over 144,040 SF, with installation of AVB, windows, and doors. The siding scope, totaling 64,000 SF, includes Hardie Lap, Hardie Board and Batten, Cedar Shingles, as well as Amerimax metal soffit and Cor-a-vent bug screen. The project also includes roofing with CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles, complete with all required underlayments, ensuring long-term performance and durability.
