Cheney Homes, located at 4–18 Cheney Street, Roxbury, MA, is an ongoing project being delivered for NEI General Contracting on a labor and material basis, where our team is currently performing the siding scope. The siding installation totals 25,972 SF and includes a combination of Hardie Lap, Hardie Panel, ACM panels, and Wallguard concrete board. The rainscreen assembly incorporates 2″ and 2.5″ DuPont rigid insulation, installed with Armatherm thermally broken channels, contributing to improved thermal performance and overall wall system efficiency. As the work progresses, our team remains focused on keeping the job moving while maintaining strong attention to detail in the field. Consistency in installation and close coordination have been key to delivering a clean, reliable result as the project continues to advance.
