The Meshacket Commons project, located in Edgartown, was delivered for Dellbrook JKS, including labor only. The scope consists of siding, decking, and roofing across 11 buildings, as well as a bus shelter and boardwalk, totaling approximately 90,979 SF. The siding scope includes the installation of LP SmartSide, Boral Trim, and wood shingles. The project also features decking installation using AZEK TimberTech products. The roofing scope includes the installation of CertainTeed roofing systems, complete with all required underlayments, ensuring durability and long-term performance.
