The project was delivered for Dellbrook, including both labor and materials, and consists of the execution of siding and roofing across 10 buildings, with a total siding scope of approximately 101,000 SF. The siding scope features the installation of Hardie Lap, Hardie Panel, and Hardie Shingle, along with Hardie soffit and AZEK PVC trim. The wall assembly incorporates a polyiso continuous insulation system with a 1×4 PT rainscreen, ensuring enhanced moisture management and thermal performance. The roofing scope includes the installation of CertainTeed asphalt shingles, complete with all required underlayments, delivering durability and long-term performance.
