The ReyCon Services project included labor and materials for 31,962 square feet of framing, including panelized construction, AVB installation, and windows and doors. The project also included 9,434 square feet of siding, with Hardie Plank, Hardie Panel, ACM Alucobond, EZ Trim metal reveals, and a PT furring rainscreen system with Z channels — all completed. One of the main challenges was equipment mobilization, since the site is located in an established area with very limited workspace. Even with the tight conditions, we coordinated our crews well and completed the project successfully.
