Mill Street Apartments, located at 57 Mill Street, Woburn, MA, is a large-scale project delivered for NEI General Contracting on a labor and material basis. Our team performed both the framing and siding scopes, along with decking, AVB, windows and doors, and panel production. The framing scope totals 89,965 SF and was executed using a panelized approach, supporting efficiency in the field and maintaining consistency throughout the build. The siding scope covers 39,559 SF and includes a combination of Hardie Lap, Hardie Panel, Hardie Trimboards, and wood plank. The rainscreen assembly consists of 1″ NGX Foamular rigid insulation installed with 1×4 PT furring, contributing to the overall performance and durability of the exterior envelope. Throughout the project, we maintained a strong focus on execution, keeping the work organized in the field, coordinating closely with other trades, and ensuring each phase was completed with care. The result is a clean, well-built installation aligned with the project’s schedule and quality expectations.
