Lee Fort Terrace project, located at 1 Lee Fort Terrace, Salem, MA, delivered for Callahan Construction Manager. Our team performed the full siding and rainscreen scope, bringing a strong focus on quality, coordination, and attention to detail throughout the execution. The siding installation totals 64,875 SF and features a combination of Hardie Lap, Nichiha panels, and AZEK Trimboards. The rainscreen assembly includes 2″ Foamular NGX rigid insulation and 3″ and 4″ Thermafiber RainBarrier mineral wool, installed using PT furring and standard G90 Z channels. From start to finish, we remained committed to delivering a clean, well-executed installation, working closely with the field team to ensure proper sequencing, consistent finishes, and long-term performance of the building envelope.
